Rev Scott Blythe
Our minister is Rev Scott Blythe. Scott has a very varied experience. At the start of the second millennium he was chaplain at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen before moving to Essex where, for four years he was a police officer and detective with the Metropolitan Police Service.
In 2006 he became minister at the Tron Kirk, Moredun, Edinburgh and then in 2008 he moved to the United States of America serving as a minister at Perry Hall Presbyterian Church, Baltimore and subsequently, at the Presbyterian Church of Morris Plains, New Jersey.
Scott was inducted to Stamperland Parish Church in 2017.

Marie Wilson
Marie Wilson is our Pastoral Assistant.
Marie took up this new part-time role in 2019 to assist Scott in the provision of pastoral care across the parish.
Marie has a background of chaplaincy and spent many years as a senior nurse in palliative care settings.
In addition, Marie works in spiritual accompaniment
from an Ignatian Spirituality tradition.

Helen Illingworth
Helen Illingworth is our Session Clerk.
The Session Clerk is appointed by the Kirk Session, and is responsible for keeping Church records, organising meetings and directing Church business under the Minister’s guidance.
The Kirk Session is also responsible for appointing our Church Treasurer, and Organist and Church officer.
